Rights and Responsibility

The sender of the image warrants that they are the author of the image or otherwise hold all necessary copyright and other rights required to submit the material and to grant Stadissa.fi the right to use the image in accordance with these terms. The sender is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the image does not infringe any copyrights, privacy rights, personal data protection laws, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.

Persons Appearing in Images

General audience and situational photographs taken at public events are generally permitted when no single person is clearly the main subject of the image. If an individual person is clearly identifiable and is the primary subject of the image, the sender must have that person’s explicit consent for publication. If minors are the primary subject of the image, consent from a legal guardian is required.

Prohibited Content

The sender must not submit images that:

have been copied from the internet or from third parties without proper authorization

contain watermarks, copyright notices, or other markings that the sender does not have the right to remove

are misleading, offensive, unlawful, or contrary to good practice

Editorial Decision and Right to Modify

Stadissa.fi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select which images are published. Stadissa.fi may make technical or editorial modifications necessary for publication (such as cropping, resizing, or color adjustments), provided that the original context of the image is not materially altered.

License for Publication

The sender grants Stadissa.fi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and unlimited-duration license to use the image for the purpose of communicating about the related event under the Stadissa brand. Such use may include displaying the image on the Stadissa.fi service and in related communication and distribution channels (e.g. event pages, newsletters, and social media).

Copyright to the image remains with the sender or the photographer.

Compensation and Limitation of Liability

No publication fees or other compensation are paid for submitted images. The sender agrees to indemnify and hold Stadissa.fi harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from the submission or use of the image in violation of these terms or third-party rights.

Removal Requests and Contact

If there are any concerns or requests regarding the publication of an image, they should be directed to info (at) stadissa.fi. Stadissa.fi will review all requests on a case-by-case basis.
