Lens Politica -elokuvafestivaali

Lens Politica's anniversary will be celebrated by exploring the society through films, workshops, discussions and performance art from the 13 to 22 November 2015.
The festival will start with an open to all three-day political film workshop Kino Politica held during the opening weekend. The films made during the workshop will be screened as a part of the festival programme on 21 November.

During the same weekend, on 14 November Lens Politica will join forces with Helsinki Art Museum HAM and organize a Speech Karaoke workshop. The participants will collectively write a speech and create a karaoke video for it. The video will then be a part of the Speech Karaoke Night held in Dubrovnik on 20 November. In Speech Karaoke the performers pick a speech to perform instead of singing a song. The selection of karaoke videos include a wide range of well-known and unknown, current and historical, fun, but also genuinely touching speeches in several languages.
