Sateenkaari-iglu / Rainbow Igloo

Talvipuuhastelua perheille & kaikille sateenkaari-igluista kiinnostuneille!

Sunnuntaina 10.1.2016 (klo 14 alkaen) rakennetaan Liisanpuistikkoon sateenkaari-iglu!

Winter bricolage for families & everyone!

On Sunday 10 Jan 2016 (starting at 2 pm) we will build a rainbow igloo at Liisanpuisto! Or at least some miniature igloos, depending on the amount of building material we have.

The idea came in 2013 from this blog posting:
http://www.thisiscolossal.com/2013/01/how-to-build-a-rainbow-igloo/

Bring your own building blocks. Make them by freezing colored water into milk or juice cartoons. Use aquarel color or food coloring.

Three years ago the result was a beautiful castle (https://www.facebook.com/events/146329332187390/), then in 2014 and 2015 the weahter was not cold enough. Let's try again now!

A blog posting about the event in 2013 you can find here:http://juhahuuskonen.fi/2013/01/rainbow-igloo/

Feel welcome to join us!

On Sunday there are ice cube building going on also in Kalasatama, Arabianranta ja Viikki.
