St. Anna's juhlii virallisia avajaisia perjantaina 15.12.! Esiintymään Free Fall Nights -iltaan on saatu huikeat solistivieraat: Soul Valpio ja Antti Koivula!

Soul Valpio on jyväskyläläinen MC, DJ ja promoottori, joka on rokannut mikkiä jo vajaat 20 vuotta. Matka aina Urbaanilegendasta Soul Valpio Bandiin ja soololevyjen kautta Toistuviin Yllätyksiin on ollut huima. Elokuussa julkaistulla Nytky -albumillaan mies avaa sielunelämäänsä rehellisten tekstien kautta. Levyntekoprosessiin on kuulunut henkilökohtainen konkurssi, ero ja elämänmuutos. Mitä tästä on tihkunut levylle? Ota selvää ja nytky mukana!

Kristine Liede – started music from very early age, from classical piano to jazz vocals and composing- that’s the journey Kristine is still experiencing. ‘’Finding peace and beauty between action and excitement is the key for giving and receiving’’, says Kristine. Coming from Latvia to Sibelius academy and now being Bachelor’s 2nd year student.

While taking part in many workshops and festivals in Latvia, Finland, leading a trio and acapella quartet in Latvia. Arranging music for different bands as well as writing her own music has been the most passionate activity for couple of years now. Writing stories (lyrics) for music is also something that Kristine really enjoys doing and has been doing a lot for many musicians.
Never forgetting to go outside and looking for wonder- that’s the way for my kind of pure life and music.

Keikkojen jälkeen iltaa voi jäädä jatkamaan yökerhoomme, jossa juhlia saa aina aamun pikkutunneille saakka! Tanssimusiikista vastaa Dj Borzin:

No one really knows how DJ Borzin was born. Many people, like the fine officials of the municipality of Hamburg, as well as German and Iranian kinfolk, know how, where and when Borzin was born. Something happened when Borzin and the record player first collided in some dark space somewhere, tendrils of cigarrette smoke and the siren song of needle on vinyl inevitably drawing the two together, like the strings on a puppet. So then there was DJ Borzin. years ago, that much we know.

Wherever he went, the music flowed. Top clubs in the happening Hamburg of the 80s and 90s, playing parties with and for Prince, James Brown, Beastie Boys & Run DMC, Tricky, David Bowie &Talking Heads . Happening under- and overground parties in Helsinki, Finland in the 90s, 00s and till now . The style didn't and doesn't matter, because, as Duke Ellington said, there is only good Music and the other Music.
DJ Borzin plays the former.
