"Hands"

"Hands" is an exploration of how the simple action and form of the hand makes manifest an entire complex of social-psychological effects.

It revisits the ideology of the African dream...and love, gender, corruption, lust... name it. It re-examines the thin line between justice and freedom, wealth and war, equality and status in the African socio-political space.

"Hands" is a collaborative piece that has been jointly developed by dancers and choreographers from Madagascar, Tanzania and Kenya. Each of there dancers are uniquely inclined to their artistic specialties which are varied from African contemporary dance, Modern dance and Street dance
