Cook Keralan cuisine with chef Sheela Narasimharao in an online cooking class! She will show you how to cook a dish perfect for Finnish summer: delicious grilled fish. You can ask any questions about the recipe or cooking from Sheela in the video’s comment section, and she will write you back with immediate feedback. You’ll get the most out of the class by cooking along and asking questions, but you can also participate by simply watching. Learn how to cook the perfect grilled fish, Keralan style!
When the class begins, you will find a high quality video recording on the Facebook event page’s ’Discussion’ tab, and Sheela will answer your questions live in the comment section.
The instruction is in English, but you are free to ask questions also in Finnish in the comments.
Please note that in order to cook along with the video, you will have to do a 10-minute preparation before the class begins! You can use salmon, rainbow trout or white fish. You can cook it in a kitchen oven like Sheela, or use any kind of grill. The recipe will be released later, please refer to it for details.

About the teacher:
Sheela Narasimharao is a trained chef who enjoys spreading the joy of Indian cuisine to the Finnish audience as her hobby. She is well versed in South-Indian cuisine, and has a long experience of adapting the dishes to the Finnish kitchen. She also posts cooking videos regularly on her Youtube channel “Sheelan intialainen keittiö” and organizes Indian cooking courses in Jyväskylä.
